PENATALAKSANAAN KOMPLIKASI INFRAORBITAL NERVE INJURY PASCA OSTEOTOMI LE FORT I : RAPID REVIEW

Osteotomi Le Fort I merupakan operasi yang dinilai relative aman dengan morbiditas dan mortalitas yang rendah. Meskipun demikian, Tindakan ini diasosiasikan dengan komplikasi yang jarang tetapi berarti. Saraf infraorbital merupakan salah satu saraf yang paling umum terkait dengan osteotomi Le Fort I. Hal ini terjadi karena tertekan atau tertarik secara tidak sengaja oleh operator selama pembedahan subperiosteal sehingga sering kali menimbulkan injuri berupa parestesia temporer dan gangguan neurosensori. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tata laksana dari komplikasi infraorbital nerve injury pasca osteotomi Le Fort I, beserta jenis dan penyebab terjadinya komplikasi tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode rapid review. Data didapatkan melalui pencarian sistematis pada database online PubMed, Scopus, dan Science Direct dengan memasukkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Proses penyaringan artikel dilakukan dengan pendekatan PRISMA dan kemudian dilakukan penilaian kualitas menggunakan The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tools. Hasil dari 7 artikel terpilih didapatkan jenis komplikasi yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah paraestesia sebanyak 4 artikel dan diikuti oleh hipoestesia sebanyak 3 artikel. Kesimpulan penatalaksanaan yang dapat dilakukan terhadap komplikasi infraorbital nerve injury pasca osteotomi Le Fort I adalah dengan melakukan pemeriksaan medis rutin, evaluasi sensasi, pemberian obat-obatan farmakologis serta penghilangan faktor penyebab terjadinya komplikasi infraorbital nerve injury pasca osteotomi Le Fort I.References
