PENERAPAN ITTERATIVE RECONSTRUCTION DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS CITRA CT SCAN THORAX

CT Scan Toraks merupakan salah satu metode pencitraan yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosis dan memantau tatalaksana dari berbagai kelainan pada rongga Toraks. CT scan atau pemindaian tomografi terkomputerisasi melibatkan berbagai gambar yang diambil dari sudut-sudut yang berbeda, yang kemudian akan dikombinasikan untuk menghasilkan gambaran melintang dan gambaran 3 dimensi dari struktur internal rongga Toraks. Pemeriksaan CT Scan Toraks memiliki kendala dalam membuat citra yang memiliki tingkat kualitas yang baik agar dapat memberikan hasil diagnosa yang optimal. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas citra CT Scan dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan system perbaikan citra, salah satunya dengan menerapkan iterative reconstruction. Penerapan iterative reconstruction dapat meningkatkan nilai SNR atau signal pada citra sehingga citra akan lebih halus. Namun penerapan IR pada level tertentu akan menyebabkan gambaran over smoothing sehingga menurunkan kualitas diagnosa. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan uji pada tiap level IR pada pemeriksaan CT Scan Toraks sehingga didaptkan penerapan IR pada level yang optimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra. Dilakukan penelitian dengan menguji bebrapa penerapan ASIR secara kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang paling optimal dalam menampilkan citra Ct Scan Toraks pada penggunaan ASIR 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% dan 100%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ASIR 100% memiliki nilai SNR tertinggi namun nilai CNR terendah, hal ini menyebabkan ketidak tajamana pada gambaran walaupun dosis lebih rendah, penerapan ASIR 80% paling optimal pada gambaran.References
