PENGARUH BERAT LAHIR DAN USIA GESTASI TERHADAP KADAR THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) DAN FREE THYROXINE (FT4) PADA NEONATUS

Hipotiroid kongenital (HK) merupakan kondisi terjadinya penurunan atau tidak berfungsinya kelenjar tiroid yang didapatkan sejak bayi baru lahir. Hipotiroid kongenital adalah salah satu penyebab keterbelakangan mental paling umum yang dapat dicegah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berat lahir dan usia gestasi terhadap kadar Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) dan Free Thyroxine (FT4) pada neonatus. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Instalasi Rekam Medis RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta pada periode bulan Januari 2022 hingga Juni 2024. Total seluruh sampel yang masuk dalam kriteria penelitian sebanyak 31 neonatus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata TSH pada neonatus sebesar 12,85 uIU/mL dengan nilai minimal 0,18 dan maksimal 60,00. Rata-rata kadar FT4 pada neonatus sebesar 17,28 dengan nilai minimal 2,41 dan maksimal 27,30. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara berat lahir dan usia gestasi terhadap kadar TSH dengan nilai signifikansi berturut-turut sebesar 0,5 33 >? (?=0,05) dan 0,603 > ? (?=0,05) dengan nilai r sebesar 0,014. Berat lahir dan usia gestasi juga tidak mempengaruhi kadar FT4 dengan nilai signifikansi berturut-turut yaitu 0,188 dan 0,952>? (?=0,05) dengan nilai r sebesar 0,098. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh berat lahir dan usia gestasi terhadap kadar TSH dan FT4 pada neonatus.References
