KAJIAN HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN OBAT ANTITUBERKULOSIS FASE AWAL TERHADAP KADAR SGOT-SGPT PADA PASIEN TBC PARU DI RSUD PASAR REBO JAKARTA

Tuberkulosis (TBC) paru merupakan suatu penyakit infeksi serius yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Obat anti tuberkulosis (OAT) sangat penting dalam pengobatan TBC, namun dapat menyebabkan hepatotoksisitas yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan kadar enzim hati seperti SGOT (AST) dan SGPT (ALT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan OAT fase awal terhadap kadar SGOT dan SGPT pasien TBC paru di RSUD Pasar Rebo Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan data retrospektif dari rekam medis 43 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi pada bulan Januari-Maret 2024. Populasi terdiri dari pasien TBC paru, dengan sampel dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Variabel penelitian meliputi karakteristik demografi, kadar SGOT, dan SGPT. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan e-rekam medis dan dianalisis dengan metode statistik SPSS. Hasil studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas pasien adalah jenis kelamin laki-laki, terhitung 58,2% dari total sampel. OAT fase awal yang paling banyak digunakan adalah kombinasi dosis tetap (KDT) yang digunakan oleh 81,4% pasien. Kadar SGOT normal diamati pada 65,1% pasien, dan kadar SGPT normal pada 81,4% pasien. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan kadar SGPT dan SGOT akibat obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) tidak terjadi pada semua pasien, namun secara kualitatif efek pemberian obat anti tuberkulosis meningkatkan kadar SGPT dan SGPT. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun OAT fase awal umumnya aman digunakan, pemantauan fungsi hati sangat penting dilakukan.References
