HUBUNGAN DERAJAT HIPERTENSI DENGAN KEPATUHAN DALAM PENGOBATAN PADA PROGRAM INDONESIA SEHAT PENDEKATAN KELUARGA (PISPK)

ABSTRAK Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang banyak terjadi dan mempunyai tingkat mortalitas yang tinggi dan setiap tahunnya terus meningkat. Penyebab salah satunya yaitu kepatuhan pada pasien hipertensi yang kurang terhadap penyakitnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan derajat hipertensi dengan kepatuhan dalam pengobatan pada Program Indonesia Sehat Pendekatan Keluarga (PISPK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Studi Dokumentasi yaitu salah satu pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan melihat atau menganalisis dokumen-dokumen yang dibuat oleh subjek sendiri atau orang lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bonjo Laweh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan derajat hipertensi normal yaitu 19 orang (20,9%), yang mengalami Prehipertensi sebanyak 53 orang (58,2%), mengalami hipertensi Stadium 1 sebanyak 16 orang (17,6%), Stadium 2 sebanyak 3 orang (3,3%) dan dari kepatuhan pengobatan terlihat lebih dari separoh (83,5%)tidak teratur dalam pengobatannya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara derajat hipertensi dengan kepatuhan klien dalam pengobatan pada Program Indonesia Sehat Pendekatan Keluarga (PISPK) dengan p value = 0,074. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan dalam melakukan kunjungan rumah untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada masyarakat khususnya tentang hipertensi. Kata Kunci :Derajat Hipertensi,Kepatuhan Berobat, Program PISPK ABSTRACT Hypertension or high blood pressure is one of the most common non-communicable diseases and has a high mortality rate which continues to increase every year. One of the causes is compliance in hypertensive patients who are less aware of their disease. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the degree of hypertension and adherence to treatment in the Healthy Indonesia Family Approach Program (PISPK). The research method used in this research is the Documentation Study, which is one of the qualitative data collections by viewing or analyzing documents made by the subject himself or someone else about the subject and this research was conducted in the working area of ​​the BonjoLaweh Health Center. The results of this study indicate that the frequency of normal hypertension is 19 people (20.9%) of respondents and 53 people who have prehypertension (58.2%), 16 people (17.6%) with Stdium 1 hypertension, Stage 2 hypertension 3 people (3.3%) and it was found that the frequency of medication adherence was seen more than half (83.5%) irregular in treatment. it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between the degree of hypertension and the client's adherence to treatment in the Healthy Indonesia Family Approach Program (PISPK) with p value = 0.074. It is hoped that health workers will make home visits to provide health education to the community, especially about hypertension.
