Perawat sehat yang bebas dari penyakit akibat kerja (PAK) menjadi kunci utama dalam terciptanya pelayanan Kesehatan bermutu. Penyakit akibat kerja yang dialami oleh tenaga kesehatan menjadi contoh masalah kesehatan akibat faktor pekerjaan pada tenaga Kesehatan. Tujuan asuhan keperawatan ini diharapkan dapat memahami, menjelaskan dan menerapkan praktik berbasis bukti dalam keperawatan professional, setelah dilakukan pengaruh healthy eating dengan penyakit akibat kerja dan kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap Ciputra Hospital Citragarden City Jakarta. Desain evidence base nurse (EBN) yang digunakan adalah Quasy Experiment khususnya pretest-posttest design. Yaitu dengan melakukan observasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi kelompok kontrol. Terdapat dua kelompok intervensi, yaitu 2 kelompok yang diberikan diberikan pengaruh healthy eating dengan penyakit akibat kerja selama 4 hari berturut-turut dan dilakukan 2 kali sehari. hasil distribusi healthy eating terhadap penyakit akibat kerja dan kinerja perawat pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok control, secara statistic menunjukkan hasil yang bermakna dengan nilai p = 0.024 Kesimpulan secara statistic terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan healthy eating terhadap penyakit akibat kerja dan kinerja perawat pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok control pada penelitian ini.References
