PENATALAKSANAAN FISIOTERAPI PADA POST ORIF FRAKTUR FEMUR SEPERTIGA DISTAL DEKSTRA

Abstract

Fraktur adalah hilangnya kontinuitas tulang. Fraktur dapat bersifat total maupun sebagian. Salah satu penatalaksanaan fraktur adalah dengan cara operasi (pembedahan). Setelah dilakukannya operasi (pembedahan), respon tubuh akan merasakan nyeri akibat dari insisi pembedahan. Selain nyeri juga terdapat keterbatasan aktivitas gerak dan kemampuan fungsional pada penderita. Salah satu cara yang dapat mengurangi nyeri dan meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dan fungsi adalah dengan penanganan fisioterapi berupa pemberian sinar Infra Merah dan Terapi Latihan berupa stretching, passive exercise, aktive exercise dan resisted exercise. penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pemberian intervensi fisioterapi berupa Infra Red (IR) dan terapi latihan yang dilakuan 3x dalam seminggu selama 2 minggu. Alat ukur yang dipakai adalah dengan menggunakan skala nyeri berupa (VAS),Luas Gerak Sendi (LGS) dengan goniometer dan kekuatan otot dengan MMT. Pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah diberi penanganan fisioterapi. Sesudah diberikan penanganan fisioterapi sebanyak 6x didapatkan hasil berupa penurunan nyeri pada pasien, peningkatan Luas Gerak Sendi (LGS) dan peningkatan kekuatan otot. penangan fisioterapi berupa pemberian Infra Red (IR) dan terapi latihan terbukti dapat menurunkan nyeri, meningkatkan Luas Gerak Sendi (LGS) dan meningkatkan kekuatan otot pada post Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF)  fraktur femur sepertiga distal dextra.
