TELAAH SISTEMATIK DAN META-ANALISIS : FAKTOR RISIKO PREHIPERTENSI PADA REMAJA DI BEBERAPA NEGARA

Prehipertensi pada remaja merupakan masalah kesehatan penting yang berpotensi meningkatkan risiko hipertensi dan penyakit kardiovaskular di masa dewasa. Berbagai faktor risiko prehipertensi telah diidentifikasi di berbagai negara, namun temuan penelitian bervariasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor risiko prehipertensi pada remaja melalui telaah sistematik dan meta-analisis dari beberapa negara. Penelitian menggunakan metode telaah sistematik dan meta-analisis dengan penelusuran literatur pada database PubMed, ProQuest, dan ScienceDirect. Pencarian dibatasi pada publikasi lima tahun terakhir, dengan kriteria inklusi berupa penelitian faktor risiko prehipertensi pada remaja usia 10-19 tahun. Dari hasil analisis terhadap empat studi, ditemukan bahwa faktor risiko yang signifikan meliputi usia, jenis kelamin, obesitas, dan aktivitas fisik rendah. Remaja yang lebih tua, laki-laki, obesitas, dan kurang aktif secara fisik memiliki risiko lebih tinggi terhadap prehipertensi. Faktor risiko prehipertensi pada remaja dipengaruhi oleh usia, jenis kelamin, obesitas, dan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Pemahaman tentang faktor risiko ini penting untuk pengembangan strategi pencegahan dan pengendalian prehipertensi yang berpotensi berkembang menjadi hipertensi pada remaja.References
