PERAN HIPNOSIS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KENYAMANAN CALON PENDONOR DARAH: STUDI EKSPERIMEN

Darah merupakan salah satu suplai medis yang memiliki permintaan sangat tinggi, menjadikan pasokan darah sangat krusial untuk selalu tercukupi agar darah selalu tersedia saat dibutuhkan. Salah satu sumber pasokan darah adalah pendonor darah baik pendonor darah lama maupun calon pendonor darah. Namun, kecemasan pada para donor baru terkait proses pengambilan darah seringkali menyebabkan calon donor untuk membatalkan niat mereka untuk mendonorkan darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efek hipnosis terhadap tingkat kecemasan para donor darah baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimen dengan satu kelompok pretest dan posttest menggunakan uji sampel berpasangan dengan populasi sebesar 40 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala tingkat kecemasan yang dinilai sendiri (self-assessed) dan oleh orang lain (hetero-assessed). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji sampel berpasangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hypnosis secara signifikan memengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada responden penelitian, baik pada instrumen yang dinilai sendiri maupun yang dinilai oleh orang lain (p<0,05). Oleh karena itu, hipnosis dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi potensial untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada para calon pendonor darah. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya menginvestigasi pendekatan non-farmakologis dalam meningkatkan pengalaman mendonorkan darah dan meningkatkan pasokan darah. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengonfirmasi temuan ini dan mengeksplorasi kelayakan intervensi hipnosis dalam setting donor darah untuk menstimulus calon pendonor darah baru.References
