HUBUNGAN ANTARA TINGKAT RESILIENSI DENGAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH SEWAKTU REMAJA DENGAN DM TIPE 1

Kompleksitas regimen perawatan diri berdampak pada sulitnya remaja dengan DM Tipe 1 untuk menyesuaikan diri dalam tugas perkembangannya sebagai remaja. Indikator klinis dan psikologis pada remaja dengan DM tipe 1 dipengaruhi oleh faktor resiliensi (ketahanan). Remaja dengan DM tipe 1 memiliki kontrol glikemik rata-rata paling buruk dibandingkan dengan kelompok usia lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat resiliensi dengan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu remaja dengan DM tipe 1 di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Desain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2023. Populasi sebanyak 32 remaja dengan DM tipe 1 dan didapatkan sebanyak 29 reponden menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Tingkat resiliensi diukur menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan Alpha croncbach 0,816 . Kadar glukosa darah sewaktu diukur menggunakan alat Glucose Test Digital yang telah terkalibrasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Chi square. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistikdengan chi-square nilai P value yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,021< 0,05, dimana dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat resiliensi dengan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu remaja dengan DM tipe 1 di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Tingkat resiliensi yang tinggi secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kadar glukosa darah yang lebih rendah. Perawat perlu mengenali pendekatan holistik untuk mengintegrasikan tidak hanya aspek fisiologis tetapi juga aspek psikologis termasuk intervensi untuk meningkatkan resiliensi remaja dengan DM tipe 1.References
