PENGARUH EDUKASI PENGGUNAAN AUDIO-VISUAL DAN BOOKLET TERHADAP POLA PEMBERIAN MAKAN BALITA (SYSTEMATIC REVIEW)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian studi ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan membuat kesimpulan berdasarkan temuan riset tentang pengaruh dari edukasi dengan penggunaan audio-visual dan booklet terhadap pola pemberian makan balita. Metode menggunakan Observasional Retrospektif dengan Systematic Review menggunakan PRISMA dari hasil penelitian tahun 2018 hingga 2023 yang sudah dipublikasikan di media elektronik seperti ProQuest, Pubmed, CINAHL, dan Science direct. Jumlah artikel Randomized controlled trials diperoleh 13 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan perubahan signifikan dalam pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku pada orang tua atau caregiver yang menerima edukasi audio-visual dan booklet tentang pola pemberian makan balita. Mereka lebih cenderung memilih makanan yang lebih seimbang, serta lebih menyadari pentingnya gizi dan aspek kesehatan dalam makanan. Audio-visual dan booklet membantu mereka mengatasi masalah sehari-hari dalam memberi makan anak balita. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan audio-visual dan booklet sebagai alat bantu dalam memberikan informasi tentang pola pemberian makan balita dapat memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan pola pemberian makan balita yang sehat dan mempromosikan kesehatan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita.
