PERBEDAAN PENGARUH KINESIO TAPPING DAN WILLIAM'S FLEXION EXERCISE TERHADAP PENURUNAN NYERI PADA PENDERITA NYERI PUNGGUNG BAWAH (NPB) MIOGENIK

Nyeri punggung bawah menjadi salah satu penyakit akibat pekerjaan yang umum terjadi di masyarakat. Nyeri punggung bawah non spesifik adalah nyeri, ketegangan, dan kekakuan yang dirasakan hanya di daerah punggung bawah. Kondisi ini menyebabkan penurunan stabilitas di regio punggung bawah. Keluhan yang dialami penderita akan menganggu penderita dalam beraktivitas sehari-hari. Aplikasi Kinesio Tapping dapat merangsang mekanoreseptor untuk mengurangi nyeri dan perbaikan sirkulasi darah, William flexion exercise menjadi latihan yang dapat mengurangi nyeri dan memberikan stabilitas pada vertebra bawah. Tujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Pengaruh Kinesio Tapping Dan William's Flexion Exercise Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Penderita Nyeri Punggung Bawah (NPB) Miogenik. Metode Two groups pre test and post test design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 Ibu-ibu PKK yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok secara acak. Kelompok I (n=15) diberikan Kinesio Taping dan kelompok II (n=15) diberikan William flexion exercise. Alat ukur menggunakan Quadruple Visual Analogue Scale (QVAS) untuk mengukur nyeri. Hasil Uji beda pre test dan post test menggunakan uji t berpasangan, kelompok I diperoleh nilai p = 0,001 (p<0,05), kelompok II diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Uji beda post test antara kelompok I dan II dengan uji t tidak bepasangan diperoleh nilai p = 0,035 (p<0,05). Uji beda selisih mean kelompok I diperoleh hasil 16,66 dan kelompok II diperoleh 25,853. Kesimpulan: Ada perbedaan pengaruh antara Kinesio Tapping dan William Flexion Exercise terhadap penurunan nyeri pada nyeri punggung bawah miogenik.References
