FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI BEBAN KELUARGA KLIEN PASCA STROKE

Stroke memerlukan perawatan yang lama dan dampak pada keluarga. Salah satu dampak yang sering terjadi pada keluarga adalah beban. Adanya beban keluarga dapat mempengaruhi terhadap pasien dalam perawatan anggota keluarga. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi beban keluarga pasien pasca stroke. Penelitian akan dilakukan desain crosssectional. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Februari sd Mei 2024 yang menjadi populasi adalah klien pasca stroke yang datang ke Poli Neorologi RS. Otak Nasional Bukittinggi dengan jumlah populasi 279 pasien dan sampel 88. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik concecuitive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang telah valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian didapat ada hubungan lama merawat, riwayat kekambuhan, penegtahuan keluarga, keterampilan keluarga dengan beban keluarga pasien pasca stroke ( pvalue= 0.002, 0.037,0.007 dan 0.011. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban keluarga dapat dipengaruhi oleh lama merawat, riwayat kekambuhan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan keluarga. Oleh karena itu diperlu intervensi untuk menurunkan beban keluarga.References
