IMPLEMENTASI INTER PROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION (IPC)

Inter Proffesional Collaboration (IPC) merupakan kolaborasi Interprofesi yaitu kemitraan antara seorang dengan latar belakang profesi yang berbeda dan bekerja sama untuk memecahkan masalah kesehatan dan menyediakan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menggali secara lebih mendalam bagaimana, penyebab dan upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Tenaga Kesehatan dan Pimpinan RSU Karya Husada Perdagangan untuk meningkatkan IPC di Unit Rawat Inap di RSU Karya Husada Perdagangan Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan rancangan Fenomenologi. Informan penelitian sebanyak 6 orang yaitu Pimpinan Rumah Sakit, PMKP, Komite Medik, Unsur Pelayanan Medik, Unsur Keperawatan, Unsur Penunjang Medis. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, FGD, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumen. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi IPC di RSU Karya Husada Perdagangan tahun 2022 kurang baik. Kurangnya kemampuan komunikasi efektif menjadi penyebab utama IPC di RSU Karya Husada Perdagangan menjadi kurang baik. Upaya manajemen RSU Karya Husada Perdagangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi efektif yaitu dengan memberi pelatihan terkait komunikasi efektif, serta membentuk tim evaluasi, dan memberi reward serta punishment. Upaya petugas kesehatan yaitu harus mematuhi segala aturan yang telah diberikan oleh pihak manajemen untuk mendukung program komunikasi yang efektif kepada pasien baik antar sesama petugas kesehatan.References
