Korosi yang terjadi tentunya akan menyebabkan berkurang kekuatan dan manfaat dari material tersebut. Korosi sumuran (pitting corrosion) merupakan korosi yang terjadi akibat perbedaan potential antara material penyusun. Dalam pengujian setelah tribocorrosion dimana terdapat lubang-lubang hitam di permukaan 304SS. Pada jalur gesek tribocorrosion korosi sumuran menyebar secara merata pada jalur gesekan. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan korosi sumuran terlihat jelas dan yang memiliki diameter yang beragam 3μm-6μm. However, this cannot be done just like that, a comparative analysis process is needed in order to obtain an optimal financing plan. The research method used in this study is a planning method with a case study of the agro-tourism area of the Tuanku Tambusai University, especially the construction of a fountain pool. Where will use AutoCAD 2019 software to design the structural elements (without stairs) of the building in the form of concrete and beams and floor plates. The specifications of the model to be made are using ready mix with a value of K-300. Where for the thickness of the floor plate 15 cm. After doing the modeling, the results of the calculation of the concrete volume will be obtained using Excel. Then the final result of this study was in the form of a Budget Plan (RAB) on the work of the fountain pool at the Tuanku Tambusai University. In this study, the comparison is done by analyzing and comparing two work options on the fountain pool, namely by using ready mix or not. Kampar Regency is one of the regencies in Riau province which has a fairly high earthquake risk compared to other districts. The purpose of writing this final project is to analyze the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes using Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) based on FEMA P-154 2015 third edition. The case study of building observations was carried out in 3 buildings, namely the Kampar Regent's Office, the Kampar Regency BAPPEDA Office, and the Kampar Regency DPRD Office, Riau Province. Based on the location coordinates of the building shows buildings that are reviewed in this study are in an area with a fairly high seismic risk (moderately high).</em></p><em>The results showed that the Kampar Regent's Office Building and the Kampar BAPPEDA Office had a final score greater than 2 so that the building could be declared safe against earthquake risk based on FEMA P-154. While the Kampar DPRD Office Building has a final score of 2 with an S value of 1.3 with a potential vulnerability of 5.01%, it can be interpreted that 5.01% of the building is vulnerable to earthquakes or the potential to collapse in the event of a shock or earthquake. This study uses the Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) method to evaluate the implementation schedule of the X building construction project in Kampar Regency. There are three times in the PERT method, namely optimistic time (a), normal time (m), and pessimistic time (b). Based on the calculations that have been carried out, scheduling using the PERT method in the construction of the X building in Kampar Regency resulted in 168 days with a 100% job probability, which means 18 days later than the existing schedule, which is 150 days. At the time of planning, it was known that the planners distributed the work weights not based on the actual results of the analysis, such as the number of workers and the level of productivity. Concrete is a homogeneous mixture of cement, water and aggregate which is made in a certain ratio, with the addition of foam agent the concrete will be light and there is a predetermined strength, lightweight concrete is one thing that needs to be researched and developed because in lightweight concrete there is also something interesting about selecting and mixing the right materials in the making of lightweight concrete.</em></p><em>This study was intended to determine the comparison of the compressive strength of lightweight concrete using fine aggregate from Kampar, Rokan Hulu and Pangkalan. This research was conducted at the Integrated Engineering Laboratory, Pahlawan University of Tuanku Tambusai. After doing the research, it was found that the compressive strength of lightweight concrete in Pangkalan has an average compressive strength of 81,626 kg/cm², the value of the compressive strength of lightweight concrete in Kampar has an average compressive strength of 52.421 kg/cm² and the value of the compressive strength of lightweight concrete in Rokan Hulu has a strong compressive strength. compressive average of 50.549 kg/cm². One of the most influential factors in planning the structure of a building is the strength of the structure. The purpose of this study is to determine other design alternatives for the PMI building beams in Kampar Regency and determine which planning is more efficient, simple, optimal, fast and precise.</em></p><em>The results of the research conducted using the standard analysis of SNI 2847-2019 "Requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings" show that the dimensions of the beam after the analysis are found to be 200 × 350 beam dimensions using 21 MPa concrete fc. Height measurements for floor slabs based on SNI 2847-2019 are found to be 130 mm in height. The design of the beam in the support area was found to use 2D19 for the bottom reinforcement and the top reinforcement using 4D19 with a steel fy of 400 MPa. The problem of traffic accidents needs to be done research that aims to determine the characteristics of accidents that occur along Jalan Pekanbaru Simpang TB based on accident data that occurred in 2014-2018. This research is a quantitative research. The accident data used in this analysis is accident data on Jalan Pekanbaru – Simpang TB in 2014-2018. The analysis used is a descriptive quantitative analysis covering the number of accidents, time, type, type of vehicle, condition of the victim, gender, age and material losses incurred. caused. The number of traffic accidents that occurred on the Pekanbaru – Simpang TB road during the period 2014 – 2018 was 134 incidents, the highest occurred during the day (12.00-17.59) with 46 incidents, occurred in July and November as many as 14 incidents (10.45%). .
