Analisis Penjadwalan Proyek Menggunakan Metode Critical Path Method (CPM)
Abstract
Infrastructure growth and building construction are currently increasingly widespread. Both the private sector and the government are competing in development, both on a large and small scale. Sometimes, construction project experience delays that cause losses, especially in terms of time and costs. In this intense companies. Duration planning using the CPM method is one of the main recommendations because it can identify critical paths in project activities. In this final project. Scheduling data is taken from IKK SPAM Raw Water Supply development project, which is the basis for the CPM analysis in this final project. Initially, the project had a contract for 168 working days involving 115 workers.
