Toddler visits at the posyandu are related to the mother's role as the person who is most responsible for the health of her toddler, because toddlers are very dependent on their mother. (Uphoff, 2012). Other factors that influence the mother's arrival at the posyandu include mother's knowledge about the benefits of posyandu, mother's motivation to bring her child to posyandu, mother's work, support and motivation from posyandu cadres and community leaders, facilities and infrastructure at posyandu and the distance from the posyandu. (Ministry of Health RI, 2016). This research is descriptive which aims to describe the mother's motivation to visit the posyandu in Naumbai village, Kampar district. This research was conducted on 16 to 18 December2021. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers in Naumbai village, Kampar district as many as 1 2 4 mothers who had toddlers.
