PENGARUH CAREER GROWTH TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan karir terhadap turnover intention. Selain itu akan dilakukan analisis terkait peran mediasi komitmen organisasional terhadap pengaruh pertumbuhan karir dan turnover intention. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan swasta di Jabodetabek. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu jenis purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 145 responden. Pendekatan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil studi mengkonfirmasi bahwa terdapatnya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara career growth dan organizational commitment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa career growth adalah elemen yang sangat penting yang memotivasi turnover intention karyawan di sektor swasta di Jabodetabek. Studi ini juga membuktikan secara empiris bahwa organizational commitment berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.References
