Pengaruh Konseling Kelompok Trait And Factor Terhadap Self Efficacy Karir Siswa

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di sekolah menengah atas yang mengalami keraguan dalam memilih karir mereka. Munculnya keraguan tersebut karena rendahnya self efficacy karir dalam dirinya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan self efficacy karir siswa sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan konseling kelompok trait and factor kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen, serta mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling kelompok trait and factor terhadap self efficacy karir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experimen With Pre-Test-Post-Test Desaign Control Grup, yaitu melibatkan dua kelompok subjek,satu diberikan perlakuan eksperimental (kelompok eksperimen) dan satu kelompok tidak diberikan perlakuan (kelompok kontrol). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini konseling kelompok trait and factor berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan self efficacy karir siswa.Downloads
