Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non-Fisik terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Pegawai Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik terhadap komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 50 pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, multikolonieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas, serta analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja non-fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap komitmen organisasional pegawai.Downloads
