Peran Mediasi Work Engagement terhadap Pengaruh Quality Of Work Life dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan melalui work engagement sebagai variabel pemediasi pada karyawan di CV. Saburo Ambon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di CV. Saburo Ambon. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 52 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan metode Simple Random Sampling. Menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode analisisnya menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) variabel quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (2) variabel quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, (3) variabel work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, (4) variabel quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dimediasi oleh work engagement.Downloads
