Adversity Quotient Dengan Motivasi Belajar Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Akibat pandemi covid-19 siswa mengalami hamabatan dalam belajar dan penurunan motivasi belajar. Untuk menghadapi hambatan tersebut diperlukannya adversity quotient yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan adversity quoetient dengan motivasi belajar di masa pandemi covid-19 siswa SMA Negeri 9 Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sample penelitian 205 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket (kuesioner). Berdasarkan Uji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson Correlation Product Moment dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 26 diperoleh nilai signifikansi < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), maka berkorelasi dan Ha diterima dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.305 dalam kategori lemah. Uji linearitas diperoleh Deviation from Linearity 0.917 > 0.05 dan R Square 0.296, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel adversity quotient (X) dan variabel motivasi belajar (Y) terdapat hubungan yang linear dengan tingkat hubungan 29.6%.Downloads
