Motivasi belajar merupakan daya penggerak psikis dalam diri seseorang untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan belajar dan menambah keterampilan serta pengalaman. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktiviatas siswa dalam belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan quantum teaching terhadap proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini terdiri empat langkah; (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi yang dimulai dari kondisi awal, sebelum tindakan sampai akhir siklus. Data dianalisa dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan quantum teaching dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat dan aktivitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas.Downloads
