Small Effect Size Correlation Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan OCB

Meta analisis ini melibatkan 14 studi mengenai hubungan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang melibatkan responden sebanyak 2.757 orang. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa effect size correlation medium 0,421 (95% CI = 0,322 to 0,510), dengan heterogenitas (I2 = 82,1% to 91,5%) dan tanpa bias publikasi. Implikasi dari penelitian adalah gaya kepemimpinan kurang berhubungan secara langsung (direct effect) dengan organisasional citizenship.Downloads
