Upaya Guru Meningkatkan Sikap Mandiri Siswa Kelas IV Dalam Pelaksanaan Program Merdeka Belajar Pada Pembelajaran Tatap Muka

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam rangka meningkatkan sikap kemandirian siswa kelas IV di SDN Balongsari 1/500 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVA SDN Balongsari1/500 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti berupa wawancara dan observasi, sedangkan sumber data primer dari penelitian ini adalah kajian-kajian penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka peneliti menyimpulkan beberapa kesimpulan yang berkaitan dengan peneitian ini yaitu : upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam meningkatkan sikap mandiri siswa melalui program Merdeka belajar yaitu dengan cara pemberian motivasi dan membuat perencanaan pembelajaran. Untuk memotivasi siswa, guru melakukannya dengan cara bercerita, Tanya jawab, melakukan teka-teki, nyanyian, serta pemberian contoh-contoh tentang kenyataan atau pengalaman yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai perbandingan antara keberhasilan dan kegagalan. Kata Kunci: Sikap Mandiri, Merdeka belajar, Sekolah dasar Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by teachers in order to improve the attitude of independence of third grade students at SDN Balongsari 1/500 Surabaya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The subjects in this study were students of class IVA SDN Balongsari1/500 Surabaya in the academic year 2021/2022. The data collection technique used by the researcher is in the form of interviews and observations, while the primary data sources of this research are previous research studies that are relevant to this research. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the researcher concludes several conclusions related to this research, namely: the efforts made by the teacher in increasing the independent attitude of students through the Independent Learning program, namely by providing motivation and making lesson plans. To motivate students, teachers do this by telling stories, asking questions, doing riddles, singing, and giving examples of reality or experiences that occur in everyday life as a comparison between success and failure.Downloads
