Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri di Kantor Camat Aek Kuo

Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri di Kantor Camat Aek Kuo. Kantor Kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Aek Kuo sebagai perangkat daerah yang mempunyai tugas pokok membantu pemerintah dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pembinaan kehidupan bermasyarakat serta melaksanakan sebagian kewenangan pemerintah Kota berdasarkan pelimpahan wewenang. Penelitian ini termasuk pada penelitian kuantitatif sebab pendekatan yang digunakan untuk usulan penelitian, proses, hipotesis, turun ke lapangan, analisis data, kesimpulan data sampai dengan penulisannya menggunakan aspek pengukuran, perhitungan, rumus dan kepastian data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri di kantor camat Aek kuo berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.Downloads
