Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada pembaca maupun pribadi penulis tentang penerapan Community Based Correction oleh beberapa negara di dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian pustaka, penulis menggali data dan informasi berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal ilmiah nasional maupun internasional serta bahan bacaan lainnya. Artikel ini membahas mengenai penerapan Community Based Correction di Belanda, China, dan Amerika Serikat. Setelah itu, peneliti menganalisis jika kebijakan tersebut di terapkan di Indonesia.Downloads
