Upaya Guru Bimbingan Konseling Dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa Era New Normal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana upaya guru BK di SMP Negeri 1 Siak Kecil dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa disekolah (era new normal covid-19). Metode dan Pendekatan Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Pendekatan kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian adalah guru BK SMP Negeri 1 Siak Kecil melalui wawancara langsung dengan subyek penelitian. Penelitian ini dimulai bulan Oktober 2021-Januari 2022. Hasil penelitian upaya guru BK dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa disekolah adalah: 1. Pemberian layanan informasi mengenai materi tentang kedisplinan secara umum. Materi yang diberikan yaitu berdasarkan permasalahan disiplin yang paling sering dilakukan oleh siswa di era new normal, 2. Layanan konseling individual jika permasalahan tentang disiplin siswa melewati batas aturan yg ditetapkan sekolah, 3. Home visit (kunjungan rumah) adalah kegiatan yang juga sering dilaksanakan oleh guru BK selama era new normal, karena banyak siswa yang malas untuk datang kesekolah dengan berbagai ragam alasan, 4. Guru BK, guru mata pelajaran, wali kelas beserta orang tua siswa saling bekerja sama dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di era new normal ini, baik dalam belajar maupun diluar jam pembelajaran berlangsung Kata Kunci: Guru Bimbigan Konseling, Disiplin. This study aims to see how the efforts of BK teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Siak Kecil in improving student discipline at school (new normal era of covid-19). Methods and Approaches The research carried out is a qualitative approach with the research subjects being BK teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Siak Kecil through direct interviews with research subjects. The research starts in October 2021-January 2022. The results of the research on the efforts of BK teachers in improving student discipline in schools are: 1. Providing information services regarding discipline materials in general. The material provided is based on disciplinary problems that are most often carried out by students in the new normal era, 2. Individual counseling services if problems regarding discipline exceed the rules set by the school, 3. Home visits are activities that are also often carried out by BK teachers during the new era. normal, because many students are lazy to come to school for various reasons, 4. BK teachers, subject teachers, homeroom teachers and parents of students work together to improve student discipline in this new normal era, both in learning and outside learning hours take place.
