Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kinerja pengurus terhadap kepuasan anggota Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Bina Tani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh anggota Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Bina Tani yang berjumlah 65 responden. Teknik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket/ kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi sederhana product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengurus koperasi berhubungan positif dengan kepuasan anggota Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Bina Tani yaitu sebesar 0,820.Downloads
