Manajemen Strategik Persiapan SDM Tenaga Pendidik Dalam Menghadapi Pembelajaran Abad 21 Di Islamic Boarding School MAN 1 Surakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen strategik persiapan SDM tenaga pendidik dalam menghadapi pembelajaran abad 21 di Islamic Boarding School MAN 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana peneliti melakukan wawancara secara langsung dan menuangkan beberapa temuan pada sebuah catatan. Sesuai denga hasil penelitian, peneliti menemukan beberapa temuan sebagai berikut: 1) persiapan SDM tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dalam menghadapi pembelajaran abad 21 ini sudah dilaksanakan mulai dari tahap rekuitmen hingga pengembangan pembinaan, 2) tahap rekuitmen tahap ini digunakan untuk memiliki guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang berkualitas, 3) tahap penempatan, tahap ini digunakan untuk meletakan penempatan tenaga pendidik dan kependdikan sesuai dengan kualifikasi pendidikannya, 4) tahap pemeliharaan, tahap ini merupakan tahap kesejahteraan yang diberikan oleh suatu lembaga kepada tenaga kerja, 5) tahap pembinaan karyawan agar dapat menggali potensi yang lebih baik lagi sehingga dapat mewujudkan tujuan dari sebuah organisai tersebut. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Strategik, Persiapan SDM Abstract This study aims to determine the strategic management of human resource preparation for teaching staff in facing 21st century learning at the Islamic Boarding School MAN 1. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method where the researcher conducts direct interviews and writes down some of the findings in a note. In accordance with the results of the research, the researcher found the following findings: 1) preparation of human resources for teaching and education staff in facing 21st century learning has been carried out starting from the recruitment stage to coaching development, 2) the recruitment stage at this stage is used to have teachers and education staff who quality, 3) the placement stage, this stage is used to place the placement of educators and education in accordance with their educational qualifications, 4) the maintenance stage, this stage is the stage of welfare provided by an institution to the workforce, 5) the stage of coaching employees so they can explore their potential better so as to realize the goals of an organization.Downloads
