Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dosen di Universitas Lakidende

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen di universitas lakidende. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah karyawan Universitas Lakidende sebanyak 37 karyawan. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Universitas Lakidende, kemudian motivasi kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja Universitas Lakidende dan disiplin kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Universitas Lakidende.Downloads
