Abstract

Perusahaan terbuka di Indonesia yang menerapkan sistem manajemen risiko adalah PT Krakatau Steel Tbk. yang bergerak di bidang industri baja di Indonesia. PT Krakatau Steel Tbk. termasuk dalam industri yang berskala besar, maka dari itu tahapan proses penilaian risiko pada persero ini akan dilakukan menggunakan rasio keuangan. Hasil analisis perhitungan risiko keuangan perusahaan dalam periode 5 tahun terakhir menunjukkan bahwa DOL kurang baik, perhitungan DER, rasio lancar, dan rasio kas tergolong cukup buruk, sedangkan perhitungan DFL dan DAR tergolong cukup baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode studi pustaka melalui dokumen, karena menggunakan materi yang bersumber dari internet (baik berasal dari internal maupun eksternal perusahaan).
