HUBUNGAN LINGKAR LENGAN ATAS (LILA) DAN KADAR HEMOGLOBIN DENGAN KEJADIAN ANEMIA PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan metamorphosis atau proses perkembangan pada kehidupan. Sekitar 4-16% kematian ibu disebabkan oleh anemia. Dampak anemia selama kehamilan termasuk perdarahan postpartum, berat badan lahir rendah. status gizi dengan tingkat kejadian Anemia pada ibu hamil terutama trimester ketiga. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan metode observasional analitik. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan pada Faskes Tingkat 1 Kabupaten Kudus selama bulan juli tahun 2022. Pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan penelitian secara langsung dan dilakukan pengukuran LILA menggunakan pita LILA dan kadar Hb  menggunakan easy touch. Adapun teknik yang digunakan sebagai penentuan sampel adalah teknik total sampling sebanyak 32 ibu  hamil trimester III sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan uji chi square melalui software SPSS ver 23 dengan sig. p<0,05. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkanlah hasil bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kadar hemoglobin dan LILA dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III. Walaupun demikian, skrinning status gizi dengan cara pengukuran LILA dan pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin berperan penting dalam mencegah anemia terutama pada ibu hamil. Berdasarkah hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, penulis berharap pentingnya memberikan edukasi dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang peranan gizi seimbang sesuai dengan porsi dan mengkonkumsi tablet Fe (zat besi) guna memenuhi kebutuhan janin dan menyempurnakan perkembangan serta meningkatkan kesehatan ibu.
