HUBUNGAN KETIDAKPATUHAN MINUM OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI DENGAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS RAWAT INAP KEMILING BANDAR LAMPUNG 2021

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit degeneratif sering terjadi dan memiliki tingkat kematian sangat tinggi serta berpengaruh terhadap kualitas dalam hidup dan produktifitas bagi seseorang. Penatalaksanaan seseorang dengan penyakit hipertensi adalah terapi farmakologis dengan penggunaan obat anti hipertensi. Kepatuhan seseorang pada penggunaan obat mempengaruhi keberhasilan terapi pengobatan. Adanya ketidakpatuhan penggunaan obat anti hipertensi dapat menimbulkan efek negatif sangat besar, seperti timbulnya komplikasi. Tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan ketidakpatuhan minum obat antihipertensi dengan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Rawat Inap Kemiling Bandar Lampung tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan metode survey analitik dengan desain cross sectional, melalui kuesioner. Didapatkan sampel sejumlah 97 responden. Karakteristik pasien hipertensi yaitu jenis kelamin pasien hipertensi terbanyak adalah perempuan sebanyak 60 orang (61,9%), umur pasien dewasa umur 20-59 tahun sebanyak 66 orang (68%), derajat hipertensi adalah hipertensi tingkat 2 ≥ 160/100 mmHg sebanyak 37 orang (38,1%), dan status pasien hipertensi adalah hipertensi tidak terkontrol sebanyak 64 orang (66%). Untuk tingkat kepatuhan minum obat paling banyak tingkat kepatuhan minum obat rendah sebanyak 67 orang (69,1%). Hubungan kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi dengan derajat tekanan darah hasil uji Spearman-Rho dengan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05), hubungan kepatuhan minum obat antihipertensi dengan status hipertensi dari hasil uji Chi-square diperoleh dengan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05).  Kata kunci: Hipertensi, ketidakpatuhan minum obat, tekanan darah  ABSTRACT Hypertension is a degenerative disease that often occurs and has a very high mortality rate and affects the quality of life and productivity for a person. Management of someone with hypertension is pharmacological therapy with the use of antihypertensive drugs. A person's adherence to the use of drugs affects the success of treatment therapy. Non-compliance with the use of antihypertensive drugs can have a very large negative effect, such as the emergence of complications. The purpose To determine the relationship between non-adherence with taking antihypertensive drugs with blood pressure in hypertensive patients at public health center of Kemiling in Bandar Lampung 2021. This type of research is a quantitative study. With an analytical survey method with a cross sectional design, through a questionnaire. Sample of 97 respondents. Characteristics of hypertension patients, the sex of hypertension patients were 60 women (61.9%), adult patients aged 20-59 years were 66 people (68%), hypertension level was hypertension level 2 160/100 mmHg were 37 people (38.1%), and the status of hypertensive patients was uncontrolled were 64 people (66%). For the highest level of medication adherence, the lowest level of medication adherence was 67 people (69.1%). The relationship between adherence to taking antihypertensive drugs and the degree of blood pressure from the Spearman-Rho test with a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), the relationship between adherence to taking antihypertensive drugs and hypertension status from the Chi-square test results with a value of p = 0.000 (p< 0.05).  Key Word: Hypertension, non-adherence to taking medication, blood pressureDownloads
