PERBEDAAN EFEKTIFITAS VARIAN DOSIS DARI PEMBERIAN EKSTRAK DAUN KELOR TERHADAP PENURUNAN INTENSITAS DISMENOREA PRIMER

Dismenorea primer merupakan kondisi umum yang dialami oleh remaja perempuan, yang menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan signifikan serta mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Ekstrak Moringa oleifera yang dikenal memiliki sifat antiinflamasi dan analgesik, telah dieksplorasi sebagai pengobatan potensial untuk mengurangi nyeri dismenorea. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas tiga takaran berbeda pada ekstrak Moringa oleifera (500 mg, 1000 mg, dan 1500 mg) dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri dismenorea primer. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan 80 partisipan dari SMA Negeri 7 Banda Aceh. Intensitas nyeri diukur menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) 2 jam setelah intervensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga dosis tersebut efektif dalam menurunkan intensitas nyeri dengan nilai p < 0,05. Selain itu, dosis 1500 mg ditemukan paling efektif dibandingkan dengan kelompok lainnya dalam mengurangi nyeri dismenorea. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mengenai potensi ekstrak Moringa oleifera sebagai opsi pengobatan alternatif untuk dismenorea primer.References
