PENGARUH JOB DEMANDS-RESOURCES (JD-R) TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DI RSUD LAMADDUKKELLENG WAJO

Manajemen rumah sakit dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan terutama terkait dengan kinerja karyawan. Terutama untuk masalah kinerja dokter dan perawat terkait erat dengan keselamatan pasien. Di lingkungan perawatan kesehatan, employee engagement sangat penting karena dapat memengaruhi kualitas perawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh job demands-resousces (JD-R) terhadap employee engangement karyawan di RSUD Lamaddukelleng Wajo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan besar sampel sebanyak 37 karyawan di RSUD Lamaddukelleng Wajo. Alat pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrumen The Experience and Evaluation of Work (QEEW), generalized self-efficacy scale, Life Orientation Test – Revised, dan Gallup’s Employee engagement Survey Q12. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Job demands berpengaruh (secara negatif) terhadap employee engagement karyawan di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Wajo (? = -0,280; p-value = 0,001 < 0,05). Sementara Job resources berpengaruh (secara positif) terhadap employee engagement karyawan di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Wajo (? = 0,379; p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Selain itu, Personal resources berpengaruh (secara positif) terhadap employee engagement karyawan di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Wajo (? = 0,285; p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Pada penelitian ini job demands-resources (JD-R) secara parsial dan bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak rumah sakit perlu secara berkala memantau dan mengevaluasi tingkat job demand yang dirasakan oleh karyawan dengan survei kepuasan kerja dan evaluasi rutin untuk meningkatkan employee engagement.References
