PENGARUH PENDIAMAN PLASMA SITRAT SELAMA 2 JAM PADA SUHU 25°C TERHADAP HASIL ACTIVATED PARTIAL THROMBOPLASTIN TIME (APTT)

Gangguan perdarahan merupakan kelainan perdarahan yang terjadi akibat ketidakmampuan pembuluh darah, trombosit, dan faktor pembekuan pada sistem hemostatik. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendiaman sampel plasma sitrat selama 2 jam pada suhu 25°C terhadap hasil APTT. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Pre-experimental dengan desain One-shot case study. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 15 sampel, yang dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata nilai APTT pada plasma sitrat yang segera diperiksa adalah 34,08 detik, sedangkan rata-rata nilai APTT pada plasma sitrat yang diakukan pendiaman selama 2 jam pada suhu 25°C adalah 38,98 detik. Hasil uji statistik Independent Sample T-Test didapat nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,046. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil yang signifikan secara statistik antara sampel plasma sitrat yang segera diperiksa dan sampel plasma sitrat yang dilakukan pendiaman selama 2 jam pada suhu 25°C terhadap nilai APTT.References
