LITERATURE REVIEW PENGARUH COVID-19 PADA LANSIA

Coronavirus Disease 19 (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) atau dinamakan SARS-CoV-2. Covid -19 memberikan dampak, baik biologis, psikologis, social dan spiritual. Lansia merupakan kategori usia yang rentan dan berisiko, kondisi yang membutuhkan perlindungan dan pencegahan yang ekstra. Dibandingkan dengan infeksi COVID-19 pada usia muda, orang lanjut usia mengalami gejala yang lebih parah dan proses perjalanan virus yang lebih lama karena fungsi kekebalan dan sistem organ yang menurun, serta banyaknya komorbiditas. Peringatan dan pencegahan COVID-19 khusus harus diberikan kepada orang lanjut usia untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh covid-19 pada lansia. Metode yang digunakan dalam membuat artikel ini adalah literature review. Artikel dikumpulkan melalui database google scholar dan pubmed. Dari hasil penelusuran di dapatkan 4 jurnal yang sesuai dengan variable penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai p sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,607. Bahwa ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga, akses informasi dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada lanjut usia. penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa faktor risiko kematian pada pasien usia lanjut ini adalah penyakit penyerta, peningkatan kadar protein c-reaktif dan nitrogen urea darah, dan limfopenia selama rawat inap. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa ada hubungan antara fungsi pemeliharaan kesehatan keluarga dan cara mencegah penularan virus COVID-19 kepada orang tua.References
