STUDI KUALITATIF PERAN KELUARGA KEPADA IBU HAMIL ANEMIA DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS ARJOWINANGUN, KOTA MALANG

Kondisi anemia saat kehamilan merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan yang menjadi permasalahan baik secara global dan nasional. Permasalahan ini perlu didukung dengan adanya dukungan sosial, salah satunya dukungan keluarga untuk dapat membantu mengatasi kompleksnya permasalahan ibu hamil anemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bentuk dukungan keluarga pada ibu hamil anemia di Puskesmas Arjowinangun Kota Malang. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode wawancara mendalam. Informan yang dilibatkan berjumlah 19 orang dengan rincian 13 orang ibu hamil anemia yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi penelitian dan dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan serta melibatkan 6 informan pendukung dari bidan, ahli gizi, kader, ibu kandung dan suami dari ibu hamil, Penelitian ini berlangsung dari September – Oktober 2023 dengan lokasi Puskesmas Arjowinangun Kota Malang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dukungan suami yang didapatkan oleh ibu hamil anemia berkaitan dengan rekomendasi makan, aktivitas fisik, ketaatan konsumsi tablet tambah darah, kebutuhan fisik, dan pekerjaan rumah tangga. Sedangkan dukungan yang didapatkan dari ibu kandung dan ibu mertua berupa rekomendasi makan, pendampingan emosional selama hamil, dukungan fisik, dukungan moral, dan motivasi dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Dukungan suami dan ibu kepada ibu hamil dinilai penting dan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi kehamilan karena dukungan tersebut mampu membantu ibu hamil anemia dalam menjaga kondisi kesehatannya.References
