ANALISIS HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFFORT-REWARD IMBALANCE (ERI) DAN KEPUASAN BEKERJA DI ANTARA PETUGAS KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT H.L MANAMBAI ABDULKADIR SUMBAWA

Tenaga medis dan kesehatan merupakan petugas kesehatan yang berfungsi sebagai pilar utama pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Jumlah petugas kesehatan di Indonesia masih sangat kurang dan menimbulkan beban kerja yang berat. Pemberian imbalan yang sesuai dapat berdampak pada kepuasan dalam bekerja. Rumah Sakit H.L Manambai Abdulkadir (RSMA) Sumbawa merupakan fasilitas kesehatan di Pulau Sumbawa memiliki inovasi dengan memberikan imbalan jasa setiap bulannya. Beban kerja dalam bentuk usaha dan imbalan yang diterima dihubungkan dengan kepuasan bekerja petugas kesehatan belum banyak diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ketidakseimbangan usaha dan imbalan yang diterima petugas kesehatan dalam hubungannya dengan kepuasan bekerja di RSMA Sumbawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang, dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner kepada petugas kesehatan yang bekerja di RS H.L Manambai Abdulkadir, dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 20. Pada hasil penelitian didapatkan 120 responden, dengan Effort-Reward Ratio (ERR) < 1 sebanyak 74,17% responden, yang artinya tenaga medis dan kesehatan tersebut merasa memiliki beban kerja yang cukup (seimbang antara usaha dan imbalan). Rerata skor kepuasan bekerja didapatkan 71,52. Skor ini menunjukkan kepuasan bekerja yang tinggi. Korelasi antara ERR dengan kepuasan bekerja secara keseluruhan menunjukkan korelasi negatif sedang (r=-0,442,p=0,00) yang artinya semakin tinggi ERR, kepuasan bekerja semakin rendah. Simpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah bahwa petugas kesehatan di RS H.L Manambai Abdulkadir merasa memiliki keseimbangan usaha dan imbalan yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan bekerja secara keseluruhan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diharapkan dapat mendalami aspek keseimbangan usaha dan imbalan dengan kepuasan berdasarkan tiap jenis tenaga kesehatan.References
