EFEKTIVITAS PELAKSANAAN DEMAND CREATION TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN : LITERATURE REVIEW

Pelayanan kesehatan yang prima diperlukan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Salah satu cara untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan kesehatan adalah melalui penciptaan permintaan (demand creation). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan demand creation terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan cara mengkaji pada penelitian sebelumnya melalui basis data elektronik, dalam rentang tahun 2018-2023. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “demand creation” dan “health” hingga menghasilkan 6 artikel yang sesuai setelah melalui proses seleksi inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan demand creation terhadap pelayanan kesehatan sudah efektif.References
