UJI VALIDITAS DAN RELIABITAS LOW ENERGY AVAILABILITY IN FEMALE QUESTIONNAIRE

Kondisi fisik optimal sangat penting bagi atlet untuk mempertahankan performa dan bertanding secara efektif. Pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi yang seimbang adalah kunci untuk menjaga kondisi fisik dan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Namun, jika kebutuhan nutrisi harian tidak terpenuhi, atlet dapat mengalami ketersediaan energi yang rendah atau low energy availability (LEA). Masalah ini khususnya berdampak serius pada atlet perempuan, karena LEA dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan seperti gangguan menstruasi, perubahan metabolik, dan hormonal. Instrumen yang diuji pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen Low Energy Availability in Female Questionnaire (LEAF-Q). Instrumen LEAF-Q digunakan untuk mengetahui adanya resiko kekurangan energi pada atlet perempuan. Sampel pada penelitian ini yakni atlet perempuan aktif dengan cabang olahraga basket, voli, tennis, dan renang di Kota Surabaya. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 30 atlet dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas dilakukan pada instrumen LEAF-Q menggunakan SPSS 26 dan didapati hasil rentang r hitung -0,101 sampai 0,664. Sedangkan hasil pengujian uji reliabilitas dari LEAF-Q dengan tingkat signifikan 0,6 sehingga didapat nilai cronbach’s alpha sebesar 0,672. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa uji validitas dari LEAF-Q pada sampel yakni terdapat 13 item pertanyaan yang dinyatakan valid dan 10 diantaranya dinyatakan tidak valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas didapatkan sebesar 0,672 > 0,6 dimana instrumen tersebut dapat dinyatakan konsisten atau reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka diharapkan pada instrumen LEAF-Q dapat diuji kembali dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak hingga nilai uji validitas dan reliabilitas menjadi lebih baik.References
