PENGARUH TURNOVER INTENTION TERHADAP JOB PERFORMANCE TENAGA KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT : LITERATURE REVIEW

Rumah sakit bertanggung jawab atas kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan, tenaga kesehatan memiliki peran penting sebagai tangan pertama dalam pemberian layanan yang berkualitas. Sehingga perlunya memiliki tenaga yang cukup dan kompeten dalam memberikan melakukan pekerjaannya. Dalam 4 tahun terakhir terdapat peningkatan kasus turnover perawat di rumah sakit hingga mencapai 20,8%. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh niat berpindah kerja (turnover intention) pada tenaga kesehatan terhadap performa kerja yang dilakukan. Studi ini mengadopsi metodologi tinjauan pustaka, dengan memeriksa artikel-artikel yang relevan dari berbagai sumber dengan menggunakan keyword pencarian Turnover OR Turnover Intention AND Impact AND Hospital AND Health workforce OR Health Workers AND Job AND Performance dengan kriteria inklusi jurnal diterbitkan minimal 5 tahun terakhir, open accsess, serta relevan dengan tujuan pada penelitian ini. Didapatkan 4 artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian berasal dari berbagai negara. Tinjauan ini berfokus pada niat berpindah kerja dalam tenaga kerja kesehatan dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari sintesis artikel yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa tingkat turnover intention yang tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, karena masih banyaknya penelitian yang belum membahas topik ini, kedepannya penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan.References
