ANALISIS PERILAKU SEKSUALITAS PEREMPUAN MENOPAUSE DENGAN PENERAPAN TEORI KOLCABA DI POLIKLINIK SPESIALIS NON JIWA RUMAH SAKIT ERNALDI BAHAR PALEMBANG

Di enam Negara Eropa didapatkan data bahwa 35% perempuan mengalami penurunan dorongan seksual, hal ini berdampak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Perubahan seksualitas yang terjadi pada masa menopause cukup menjadi kendala dalam memenuhi kebutuhan intim dengan pasangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara mendalam tentang perilaku seksualitas perempuan Menopause dengan penerapan teori Kolcaba di poliklinik spesialis non jiwa RS Ernaldi Bahar Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2024. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif yang menggunakan desain Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Desain ini menggunakan beberapa teknik dalam pengumpulan data (observasi, WM, FGD), sebanyak empat Perempuan menopause dengan disfungsi seksual dan satu orang key informan perawat penanggung jawab program lansia Kesehatan reproduksi. Indepth interview, Observasi, Focus Group Discussion(FGD) dilakukan berdasarkan pertanyaan yang di ajukan, dengan penerapan Model Teori Katharine Kolcaba di dapatkan konteks kenyamanan secara : Fisik, Psikospiritual, Lingkungan, social, pada perempuan menopause dengan Disfungsi Seksual. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa bila Perempuan Menapouse dan keluarga merasa nyaman dengan diri dan lingkungannya maka akan memiliki komitmen untuk berperilaku sehat (health seeking behaviour).References
