Abstract

Luka diabetes merupakan salah satu yang menjadi masalah di indonesia. Bagi penderita diabetes melitus sangat memberikan dampak negatif dan jumlahnya semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu salah satu kegiatan yang dapat diakui dalam menjaga stabilitas pada pasien diabetes mellitus. Sistematik review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian terapi maggot/larva pada tahap debridement terhadap penyembuhan luka kaki diabetes mellitus. Database yang digunakan untuk mencari yaitu melalui Google Scholar, Proquest, Sciencedirect, antara tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2024 menggunakan PICO dengan kriteria inklusi yaitu studi terkait DFU untuk menentukan kata kunci yang digunakan.
