AKURASI DIAGNOSTIK RASIO MONOSIT LIMFOSIT DALAM PENEGAKAN DIAGNOSIS TUBERKULOSIS LATEN PADA FASILITAS KESEHATAN TERBATAS

Meskipun berbagai alat diagnostik telah dikembangkan untuk deteksi dan diagnosis tuberkulosis (TB), diagnosis TB Laten menjadi tantangan tersendiri, terutama karena Indonesia diperkirakan memiliki sekitar 1,7 juta kasus TB Laten yang berkontak dengan kasus TBC aktif dan populasi berisiko lainnya. Berbagai penelitian menunjukkan potensi MLR sebagai alternatif deteksi TB Laten pada fasilitas kesehatan terbatas. Kajian literatur ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut tentang potensi pemanfaatan MLR dalam penegakkan diagnosis TB Laten. Kajian literatur ini dibuat menggunakan database PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane, dan Scopus dengan kata kunci TB aktif, MLR, Hematologi, dan TB Laten. MLR memiliki spesifisitas tinggi dan sensitivitas baik untuk diagnosis TB Laten untuk berbagai cut off dibandingkan dengan IGRA sehingga bisa dijadikan metode alternatif diagnosis TB Laten terutama pada fasilitas kesehatan terbatas. MLR mempunyai akurasi diagnostik yang adekuat untuk Tuberkulosis laten, dengan spesifisitas yang tinggi dan sensitivitas yang baik dalam diagnosis TB laten pada populasi yang beresiko tinggi terkena TB.References
