RASIO NEUTROFIL LIMFOSIT DALAM DETEKSI DAN PROGNOSIS PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS RESISTEN OBAT PADA FASILITAS TERBATAS

Petunjuk penatalaksanaan TB sudah diaplikasikan secara luas di seluruh dunia, namun hingga saat ini TB masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di seluruh dunia. TB resisten obat (TB-RO) yang menciptakan masalah baru, sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian lebih mengingat semakin banyaknya kasus namun masih sering terkendala fasilitas layanan kesehatan yang terbatas. Rasio neutrofil limfosit (NLR) menurut studi dinilai berpotensi menjadi solusi deteksi dan prognosis TB-RO pada fasilitas kesehatan terbatas. Kajian literatur ini ditujukan untuk menilai potensi pemanfaatan NLR dalam deteksi dini dan penanda prognosis pasien TB-RO pada fasilitas kesehatan terbatas. Kajian literatur dibuat Berdasarkan pencarian melalui database PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane, dan Scopus dengan kata kunci TB, NLR, Hematologi, dan MDR. Nilai NLR yang tinggi dengan berbagai cut-off memiliki nilai sensitivitas 77%, spesifisitas 50%, nilai prediksi positif 60,6%, nilai prediksi negatif 68,4%, dan akurasi 63,5% dalam membedakan pasien TB RO dengan TB aktif, dan memiliki akurasi yang baik dalam menentukan konversi dahak fase insentif dan memprediksi Tingkat pengobatan ulang pada pasien TB. NLR berpotensi untuk dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam deteksi dini dan penanda prognosis pada pasien dengan TB-RO pada fasilitas kesehatan terbatas, meskipun masih diperlukan berbagai penelitian lanjutan untuk merekomendasikan penggunaannya secara luas.References
