PERBEDAAN EFEK EPHEDRINE 10 MG DAN PHENYLEPHRINE 50 MG DALAM TATALAKSANA HIPOTENSI PADA SECTIO SESAREA DENGAN ANASTESI SPINAL DI RSU PINDAD MALANG

Anestesi spinal merupakan teknik anestesi yang umum digunakan untuk tindakan seksio sesarea, di mana obat anestesi disuntikkan ke ruang tulang belakang untuk menghentikan sensasi nyeri dan memungkinkan operasi pada area perut dan rahim. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh Ephedrine 10 mg dan kelompok 2 Phenylephrine 50 mg pada pasien hipotensi pasca spinal. Metode Penelitian quasi experiment dengan menggunakan preexperimental one group pretest-posttest. Penelitian di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Malang, pada bulan Maret-April 2023. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 60 orang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, masing-masing kelompok sebanyak 30 orang. Pemilihan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan Independent Sample T Test. Hasil Ada perbedaan tekanan darah sistolik pasien seksio sesarea dengan tindakan anestesi spinal setelah diberikan Ephedrine 10 mg dan Phenylephrine 50 mg (posttest) di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Malang dengan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05. Tekanan darah sistolik dengan nilai thitung = -4,079, tekanan darah diastolik dengan nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung = -3,433. Kesimpulan Ephedrine 10 mg lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan tekanan darah ibu seksio sesarea yang mengalami hipotensi pasca anastesi spinal dibandingkan Phenylephrine 50 mg.References
