KARAKTERISTIK PASIEN OSTEOARTHRITIS LUTUT BERDASARKAN FOTO RONTGEN LUTUT DI RSD KOTA TIDORE KEPULAUAN

Osteoarthritis merupakan salah satu bentuk artritis tersering di seluruh dunia, dan prevalensinya diperkirakan akan meningkat di masa depan sehubungan dengan meningkatnya angka harapan hidup dan jumlah populasi lansia. Angka kejadian OA di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk karakteristik pasien OA lutut berdasarkan foto rontgen lutut di RSD Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran foto rontgen lutut pada pasien OA lutut yang terdapat di RSD Kota Tidore Kepulauan tahun 2018-2022 Teknik pengambilan sampel pada studi ini adalah Total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini expertise. Data selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil pengambilan data dan pengamatan pada bulan Desember 2023 menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari expertise pasien OA lutut yang terdapat di RSD Kota Tidore Kepulauan tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kelompok usia tertinggi pasien OA lutut adalah usia >60 tahun. Pasien OA lutut sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan lokasi anatomis terjadinya OA lutut yang paling banyak adalah lutut kanan dan kiri pada pasien dengan OA lutut di RSD Kota Tidore Kepulauan tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini meyimpulkan tingkat kejadian OA masih tinggi pada wanita, usia lansia dan terjadi pada kedua lutut.References
