ANALISIS PERSEPSI ORANG TUA PADA VAKSINASI RUTIN ANAK SELAMA PANDEMI COVID 19

Imunisasi merupakan upaya untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian anak. Masa pandemi COVID 19 membatasi setiap kegiatan sosial. Berbagai upaya dilakukan, langkah-langkah kontrol dan pencegahan termasuk pembatasan pergerakan (lockdown) mengakibatkan terganggunya layanan perawatan kesehatan termasuk imunisasi rutin. Hal ini juga terjadi di Indonesia, dimana pembatasan sosial ini berdampak pada penurunan angka imunisasi karena keengganan orang tua ke fasilitas kesehatan. Sehingga angka cakupan imunisasi rutin menurun dan banyak anak tidak divaksin lengkap. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi ibu terkait pelaksanaan vaksinasi rutin pada anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneliatan ini adalah campuran/ mixed-method dengan strategi eksplanatoris skuensial. Responden penelitian ini adalah 578 ibu dan sepuluh narasumber ibu dan tenaga kesehatan. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah uji deskriptif sederhana (untuk data kuantitatif) dan verifikasi analisis dari hasil wawancara untuk memperkaya dan mendukung hasil uji kuantitatif. Pengumpulan dan validasi data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara; divalidasi dengan verifikasi; triangulasi dan dokumentasi.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ibu masih memiliki persepsi yang kurang baik terhadap pelaksanaan vaksinasi dengan latar belakang ketidaktahuan, merasa nyaman tidak divaksin dan ketakutan ke fasilitas kesehatan.Banyaknya faktor pene nyu yang berkaitan dengan pengetahuan, informasi dan keyakinan ibu, menunjukkan perlunya adanya dukungan langsung. Perlu adanya sosialisasi dan edukasi yang menyeluruh hingga tingkat rumah tangga agar ibu tahu dan lebih percaya diri dalam melakukan vaksinasi rutin.References
